insun Grow Lights commercial greenhouse trial
insun Grow Lights are running a trial of our LINEA 800 grow lights with T&G global at one of their Tomato greenhouses. The purpose of the trial is to observe the differences in PPFD between natural light outside and inside the greenhouse, and under the supplemental lighting, and document the resultant differences in plant performance.
Some of the data we will gather during this trial include parameters such as stem diameter, leaf size, tomato size, and water consumption as compared to the naturally lit control plants.
Further information collected will be qualitative observations made by the Grower Manager about plant health and vigour, tomato quality and maturity, and anything else of note.
